Service Description

60 minutes in the comfort of your own home to focus on a topic or specific area more deeply. Through this session we aim to arrive at a genuine state change so that you have more consistent, embodied access to Your Best Version. Achieved using a variety of verbal and non-verbal techniques in conjunction with bio-mechanical technologies that may include, but are not limited to Breath-work, Reiki, Cranial-Sacral, & Movement Therapy.
