If desired, in this session we have the space to address deeper territory of the inner landscape and shine light on what resides there. Achieved using a variety of verbal and non-verbal techniques in conjunction with bio-mechanical technologies that may include, but are not limited to personal guidance Breath-work, Reiki, Cranial-Sacral, Embodiment & Movement Therapy.
